RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES: All products (excluding furniture/special custom orders) can be returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase (from the day of the item received) for a refund or an exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: All returning products must be in the exact same original condition with correct original packaging for a refund or an exchange. If you need to return an item, please first email us at sales@dfhealthybedding.com with your information and we will respond back to you within 1-3 business days, Monday – Friday. After our response, please attach a copy of your all printed order confirmations, receipts with the returning item. Without the order confirmations, receipts no refund or exchange is possible. You can return an item by mail. Please see our CONTACT US page for more information on our return address. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Also, the shipping charges related to return items by mail is the customer’s responsibility (return shipping customer pays). Any refunds issued will be processed using the original method of payment. We will process your refund within 1-3 business days and exchange within 5 business days from the day we receive your returned item by mail.

We proudly stand behind our products for quality and workmanship, but for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been washed, worn, soiled or altered in any way, these types of products will be returned back to customers. For public health and safety, as well as hygienic reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on items that are not in the same original condition with the original packaging from the day of the item received.

Within 30 days of delivery for any damaged bedding, we will replace the specific damaged item or parts or with a similar product if the same item is unavailable at our discretion.

WARRANTY RELATED ISSUES: After 30 days, for any warranty related issues, we assist the customer in contacting the manufacturers or importers for such issues. Most companies, in fact, require the customer to contact the warranty provider directly. An original copy of the purchase receipt and other documentation would be required. After 30 days, any warranty claims or service related shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
