RETURNING ITEMS BY MAIL: If you need to return an item (excluding furniture/special custom orders), please first email us at with your information and we will respond back to you within 1-3 business days, Monday – Friday. After our response, please attach a copy of your all printed order confirmations and receipts with returning the item. You can return an item by mail. We will process your refund (except shipping charges) within 1-3 business days and exchange within 5 business days from the day we receive your returned item by mail. Any shipping charges on returns are the customer’s responsibility. Please note: We proudly stand behind our products for quality and workmanship, but for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been washed, worn or altered in any way, these types of products will be returned back to customers. For public health and safety, as well as hygienic reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on items that are not in the same original condition with the original packaging from the day of the item received.


FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA: We are delighted to offer free shipping in Canada.

1% of the population is not covered by our free shipping sadly. We do not ship for free to:  Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU), Newfoundland and Labrador (NL).  We do not ship for free to remote areas in each of the 10 provinces.
